Reservations can be made on the website or by sending a reservation form to the Technical Secretariat.
Hotel reservations will only be confirmed once payment has been made and proof of payment has been sent to the Technical Secretariat.
You can ONLY be sure that your reservation has been received and processed once you receive your confirmation number at the end of the process.
Please take note of this number as it will be required for any future consultations or modifications.
A valid email address is required to be able to confirm your reservation.
IMPORTANT: From the moment the reservation is made, you will have 10 days to make the payment and to send proof of payment to the Technical Secretariat (by email to firstname.lastname@example.org). Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
By bank transfer (It is essential that you send a copy of the bank transfer by email: email@example.com; indicating the conference and the name of the participant. Once we verify the receipt of the bank transfer, we will confirm the hotel reservation by e-mail).
